Diminished Value Review

A diminished value claim allows you to recover the difference between your car’s pre-accident value and its value after the repairs. When your car is damaged in an accident, the market value of the vehicle typically drops—even after repairs are made to restore it to its original condition. This lowers your vehicle's value, even in pristine, post-repair condition. The vehicle will now likely sell or trade for less than an identical vehicle that has not been in an accident.

Loss of Use Review

Loss of use is occurs when your property is not able to be used. You can request LOU for the duration of repairs in both a building and an auto claim. LOU is payable due to damage caused by the negligence or wrongdoing of another. Contact us to see if you qualify for a LOU claim for your damages.
